What is the right way to complete a job?

  1. Before you deliver the translation, check it for any spelling, grammar, and punctuation issues.
  2. Each segment you mark as “Done” is considered complete and fully checked for any issues. If you plan to make edits to any segment later, don’t mark it as complete. For each segment you mark as complete, an accrual is generated automatically, which will remain in the system even if the project is deleted later. An accrual is generated for the first project participant to mark the segment as complete. If you see any segments that were marked as complete by someone else, don’t edit their contents — the accruals for those will be made to whoever was the first to mark the segments as complete.
  3. The client has the right to review the completed segments at any time and decide whether they want to continue working with you or assign another translator if they are not satisfied with the quality of your services.
  4. If the client requires corrections to a translation you completed, review them and make the necessary changes.
  5. If there are numerous corrections or the errors are critical, the client has the right to suspend your assignment, renegotiate the price, or even refuse to pay.
