At the moment, it's not possible to display the length of the source segment. However, there are 2 options to deal with that:
- In the QA parameters, it is possible to specify a percentage that the target segment cannot exceed over the length of the source. The issue with that is that it applies to the entire document so it's kind a shotgun approach.
- You can specify at the segment level the max number of characters a segment can have. In this case, the editor will display either the number of characters left to meet the limit or how many characters need to be deleted to match the limit and the translator can act accordingly. It's more targeted but the downside is that you have to specify that length for every segment.
