If you encounter any difficulties while working on a project,for example, you’re having trouble with the terminology or unable to meet the deadline, take the following steps:
- Immediately inform the client about the problem via chat and suggest a possible solution such as to pause work for a while, extend the deadline, or make changes to your assignment.
- If the client hasn’t responded within one hour, please send your message to our team at search@smartcat.ai. In the email, provide the project name, the client’s name and describe the problem and possible solutions. We will do our best to help you reach the client.
After you’ve delivered the translation to the client, please stay in touch with them and be ready to answer their questions during the next five days while your work is being reviewed.
